Baptized!

I can not believe this boy is baptized! I am amazed at how smart Kelton is and for the good choice he made to get baptized. He was so excited for this day and for all the family that came down to see him.

I love this picture because he was skipping down the hallway, showing how excited he was, waiting for everyone to get to the church.

We have a wonderful cake maker in our ward, Leda Miranda, who made this yummy lemon cake. She made the top CTR out of rice krispie just for Kelton so that he could enjoy some on this great day!

It's Great to be 8!

Kelton turned 8! He is getting so big, I can't even believe it. He had a pajama "late" over birthday party with 6 other boys from our ward and school. We played games, watched a movie, had pizza and rice krispie cake, played Wii, and opened presents. They all had a blast.
For his 8th birthday, Kelton got to go on a special trip with Grandma & Grandpa Kemp to Florida.

He got to swim every day which he loved. He came back with a face full of freckles.

He went to Disney World.

And to Sea World.

He had so much fun that he didn't even miss his mom and dad. We had to call him! It was a great time to be able to spend with his grandparents. He loved it and will always remember it.

Paint!

This was the color of Taylor's room when we bought the house. It needed just a little change.
Ok, ALOT!!!!

We primed it and painted it white....

Then Ryan did an excellent job putting up the tape for our pink...

And here it is finally done. It looks 100% better. Now it has a shelf up and some really decorations on the walls and it is such a princess room. Taylor loves it.

Christmas 2011

We hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas! We definitely missed being with all our family but enjoyed being at home in jammies all day. We had church at 9 am for an hour then we came home, put our pj's back on and opened presents.

Christmas Eve Ryan and I are starting a new tradition where we open our jammies so we can wear them all night then the next morning. Our kids in their's and getting ready to put out the reindeer food and sparkles so Santa can find our house.

Taylor's favorite present (from G&G Kemp). She got so excited the wrapping paper was off faster then anything I've ever seen!

We have another tradition from the Kemp side where we take the kids to the dollar store and they buy a present for everyone except themselves. The kids really enjoy it and actually picked out some great gifts. They really thought about it. The mustaches were from Crew to Kelton so that he could be a spy!

I don't know where she gets this?!!!!!!
MERRY CHRISTMAS!!
